Hey y’all!! I made a mistake in the video, I’m sorry! Protein powder is a higher level so use the nutrition bar until you reach level 21! Have a fridge or massive stack of protein bars next to you while you work out hahaha And the protein drink does cost money each time you use it but I was told it’s cheap! I guess I got too excited 😂

I had a a Level 10 Athletic trophy before the update. I am at level 24 now. I never used the punching bag. I have always used the Run option on the treadmill. The nice thing about this, is you can set your mood to Marvelous before you start, Run on the treadmill and set a timer for 18 minutes while you are AFK. Eat an energy bar immediately after boosting your mood to Marvelous but before you get on the treadmill. It helps to have a treadmill in or next to your mood station. It was nice to have an update, but disappointing that it was laser focused in one specific area. In my opinion, they should have covered more areas with the update… still no chicken in food, still no sphere in Basic Shapes…yet 3 new balls, still no pets.

It's actually better if they divide the update, like not revamp many areas at once. The hype would eventually die as fast as any update, and they would run out of ideas then.

honestly staying afk helps when you do the gym thingys me and my aussie friend do this roleplay where we are teens and go to the gym so I recommend doing roleplays but this video is also very helpful

Yesterday i reached level 30, and personally for me. it was fastest to make loads of protein shakes, take one every 4 minutes and instantly use the punching bag after. the treadmil also works but the punching bag always seemed faster for me.

I think that when you get to level 25, you get a Sauna for Free! I wish I new that before I bought one. It saids receive above it and not unlock. Also, it would be so cool if the punching bag had sound effects to it.
