@@ravitasingh9416 sirf 30 mins ka aerobic exercise regular...and khane ka portion control kiya ... bahar ka junk food and sugar to khtm hi kr diya hua khana maine and Breakfast b healthy sa koi ...and in lunch simple 2 roti with daal , vegetables and salad bas.... green tea din me 2 baar and raat ko sote time koi b fat cutter drink...and yes main sham ko jab bhukh lgti thi to I used to prefer fruits koi b ek....bas ...and dinner skip kr diya tha

Yes ur rite.. Portion control n all.. Along with exercise you promote weight loss.. But but the thing is as soon as u come on normal khana with regular portion ur weight will drastically catches the same increased size.. Den what.. Saari mehnat paani mei.. Den for that what u do..??

Fasting is OK but fat Fasting is not suitable for every person. I realized during your sessions that many of the women who followed fat Fasting and supplements were facing other medical issues i.e., stones, skin allergy, constipation, hair loss and high bp etc. What will one do with wt loss on the cost of these new medical issues???

Yeh to inki app per bhi downloadable plan nahi dete. Mostly out of reach representatives, 50 days ke plan ke paise leker bas 15 days ka hi kuch batate hn. Money waste
