Alabama WR Henry Ruggs III is one of the fastest players & he proved it at the NFL combine with his 4.27 40 yard dash. He draws comparisons to Chiefs star WR Tyreek Hill & Desean Jackson. Ruggs III is more than a track star, he has great hands & will consistently beat defenders with his route running. With that being said, his speed is definitely his biggest strength. Speed is obviously a huge plus, but he's got nice hands and pretty solid foot and body work off the line. Would need to see some more footage of him against press and how he fares, but in the right offense he could be a stud. Not sure he's a #1 guy, has the potential for sure, but teams needing a very solid and versatile #2 compliment would probably be very happy with Ruggs.

Ruggs might be the first WR drafted. His acceleration is 0-100%, it doesn't come around often. Get him the ball on a bubble screen and there's a high chance you're going to get 6 from anywhere on the field.
