Does the frame attach curving down or up? I’ve been attaching with the frame slanting downward but as I am watching my machine stitch, it seems like my stabilizer and fabric are being raised by the piece with the bobbin. Should the frame be curving upward?

My fast frames are bouncing to the point that I am getting a lot of thread nesting on the under side of my embroidery. Do you have any suggestions or ideas as to why this is happening? Has anyone else mentioned this problem? How did they overcome this issue?

The adhesive on the backing is contaminating the needles. I use binder clips with traditional backing.

I add a bigger, heavier clip to the outside edge (furtherest from the machine) to stop if from bouncing.
