10 days of fasting and today is my last day. I've realized he freed me from the spirit of Gossip. I didn't know it grieved him and that I had it. The fear of rejection and I even received a miracle healing!! My left wrist bone that was broken HAS DISSAPEARED! My MRI showed a broken bone hanging around in my wrist and needed surgery. But after refusing, the Lord came and HEALED me!

Prayer against fear

A couple of months ago, Holy Spirit said to me: the church to return to fasting. It is amazing to watch the church collectively come together to share the same thing that they are hearing. To return to fasting. The Lord also told me, or called us into stewarding our bodies better, as well as our families and our land. It is some thing that I’ve been praying into for several months now.

Food fasts do not work for me at all. At no point do I EVER feel closer to God or have any ability to concentrate. I can't even give up food when I'm sick with flu. Annual bloodwork is horrid because there is a 12 hour fast prior to. I always have to fast other things.

Adonai is The King of the universe! Even demons are subject to Him. Exchange fear for the Fear of The Lord. Fasting does not move God, does not kill demons, doesn’t give us a special place in church, what it does is: put our flesh under submission of our spirit, so our spirit can be sensitive to the Holy Spirit of God and we can be declared of the life routine that many time block us to hear from the Holy Spirit!
