Sometime, fasting and prayer can be stressful, that is why one need to choose ideal duration time e.g 6am to 12 noon, 6am-2pm/3pm. Above all, personal or family Night Vigil is the most powerful spiritual tool to destroy and pull down the spiritual and physical strongholds in our lives. This Night Vigil could start from 12 midnight (or 1 am) to 3am, at least for 3 days. Please do not allow anyone to impose prayer and fasting on you. Let the Spirit lead you to do prayer and fasting. Prayer and Reading and Studying the Word of God (quiet time) can do wonder and miracle in our lives.
