One thing I really hate about this app..it completely body shames people who are obese, and just people in general, which isn’t okay. Every one is perfect just the way they are, weather they are in shape, obese, skinny, it doesn’t matter how they look, it matters about who they are on the inside. When you exceed the limit of calories in your diet, your body accumulates it turning it into fat, which progressively gets consumed while you do exercise. There is absolutely no way that a healthy diet and regular exercise doesn’t make any change in your body
