Jules this workout is brilliant! At 72 my goal is really just to be as fit as I can be and I can honestly say that, having found your website by accident one morning some months ago, I'm managing to get there! It isn't simply being able to 'keep up' during the routines but I've also noticed that I recover more quickly than I used to. All your workouts are great, not just the exercises and your smiley face but also the encouraging words and phrases you put up on the screen for us. @@ninaflores719 I never actually look at the calories. I've been meaning to add that to my workouts and I actually forgot about it. I'll try to pay more attention so I can add it. If you have a smart watch, your watch will tell you.

Love it, love it, love it!! I love to do HIIT workout the most! It's easy for me to pick up where I left. The most helpful part for me is your prompt to breathe (!!) and slow down. Watching the countdown of each cycle is satisfying. Thanks to you, mate, I maintain my weight for the past year and the weight I lost was lost for good.

Thanks Jules for helping me go from pre diabetic to normal blood sugar in three months. My husband and I were both surprised to be told we were pre diabetic after already losing weight. After being threatened with medication by our doctor, I began exercising to your videos once or twice a day, and my husband sporadically. I lost 10 pounds in three months and found that I was no longer pre diabetic and lost another four lbs in the fourth month. My husband, whose blood sugar was not as abnormal as mine, is also no longer pre diabetic. To show my gratitude, I made a video of me working out to your videos. I may not always look the way you do when you exercise, but I am moving and that's important. The music was changed to avoid any copyright issues. This is a daily struggle for both of us as we are not athletic people. Starting out with your easier videos and working up to the intervals has been an achievement. Thanks for continuing to encourage all of us to be healthy and not be medicated for the remainder of our lives! If interested, you can find the video on our channel today, July 13. I'm glad to read that you enjoyed pushing yourself today. That's the wonderful thing about intervals...you can push as much as you'd like. I've had others mention the playlists as well...I'm not quite sure how to share the playlists. I'll have to look into that at some point.

Sweaty was right even with a fan on! Humidity is crazy here just now. Find it much harder when the humidity is high. Did some strength training as well. Thanks Jules. X

I really like your workouts!! I’m 68 and find they’re easy enough to keep up with. I was over a year w/o regular exercise and was able to jump right back in. I really DO feel better. Thank you!

Somehow, I missed this one until today. It's now joined my list of favourites. Love this type of music with the strong beat and the short, bursts of energy followed by time to get your breath back before it's time to go again. I just came across your videos have been dancing with you for the past week ❤ I enjoy all of them so far I exercise with you in the morning for 15 minutes then I get another one going in the evening with how many steps really like them all I change them on daily bases having fun doing it since I just turned 80 last week needed something to keep me fit THANK You So Much

Phase 2! Day 20 ish! Back to reality today Jules. Did on average 20,000+ steps each day in 32° heat and swam in a deserted indoor hotel pool! Bliss! It was good to get back to working out with you again this evening Jules. Thank you. A 🎈

Hi Jules! If that wasn't a calorie burner, I don't know what would be!! It was just what I wanted! At the end my legs felt like there were rocks in them, so the stretches felt so good. Nice music too. Thank you!

Out this world. absolutely love intervals..... Sweaty, felt great and fit.. I kept fast pace for 30 seconds.. Its so doable. Off do day 1 strength and hubby and i did 6 mile walk this morning... This is wedding weeek so i want feel good in my frock😂😂
