I'm happy because I did full workout. Even if it was only 8 minutes I'm proud of myself ;). Workouts like this one are good, they give confidence to people with no stamina like me.

I have been very lazy and gained a ridiculous amount of weight due to college stress. I did this workout the day before yesterday, and I realised how unbelievably unhealthy I am because I was so tired and breathless! I did this again today and it didn't feel too bad. Thank you for this video. I will try and do it as often as I can, so I can slowly get myself to a healthy and active lifestyle.

I think this is one of my favorite workouts. I am still rather young but my knees are already getting bad. I don't feel much discomfort with this workout at all! I love how its short so I can squeeze it in before work. I have been doing this one for a bit and I can feel the difference when I keep my muscles contracted. I like how he reminds me to do this and says 'were almost done' haha because thats the best part ;)

Oldie but goodie. Great for a warmup before something tougher (though you might want to do something light before starting if you've been stationary a while), as a stand alone, or in addition to other low impact workouts. I often like the shorter workouts like this as I can mix them up however I like.

I do this every two hours in daytime everyday (except night time and weekends). I'm not sure if I'm over doing it. Does this Fat low impact cardio works your belly too? it seems like the twisting scene work out, for example, the 4 twist toe touch and the oblique twist squat does burn fat in your belly? btw I do lift and abs crunches once a week but this Fat Burning Low Impact Cardio Workout i do it everyday

Hi FitnessBlender, you do a great job with me, my old jeans really fits better on my glutes! I have a question: why do you turn your feet inward when you do lunges? Is it better for the knee? And I have a littel suggestion too. I use plates for low impact burpees (sliding like a door and I don't jump) and a I can say that it is a good way to loose poud: you don't eat where you step a foot, right? Thank you for your answer!

drink green tea too if you like it! it's so good for you and it helps burn fat. i only drink water and green tea and on the occasion lemonade. after i stopped drinking soda and drinking mostly water all day plus maybe a glass or two of green tea, i lost 15 pounds without doing anything else. now i'm obviously working out too :P i'm 17 and my heaviest was up in the 200's i know how it feels, good luck!

I did this exercise after the warm up video as an attempt at having a quick morning routine before getting the kids ready for school. OMG, I couldn't finish this. I did the first 6 minutes and that was it. during the twists I heard bones cracking like crazy! lol!

Its a combination of burning calories through exercise and eating in a calorie deficit. For example, if you burn 2,500 calories per day but only eat 2,000, you have created a deficit of 500 calories per day. A calorie deficit forces your body to use non-food sources of energy (body fat) to make up for the shortfall.

Hi FB. Is it possible for you to do a programme like your 8 week weight loss programme for low impact users. I know your other programmes progress in intensity but for some of us we have joint issues and mot necessarily stamina issues. Just a thought. I might start of just doing half of these ,im still in school and I want to be able to walk without discomfort Also I have pe where we will be in a gym anyway,so il push myself We normally have to do 800m on a rowing machine and 20 situps and some arm and leg weights But il push my self and do 1000m And a few more situps Also more leg and arm weight things I gotta loose weight And by saying il do it . I will :) Im 15 and in 2015 my health will change.

Is this kind of workout just for losing weight? I have quite a lot of medical issues and I am somewhat underweight so I don't really even have any fat to lose?
