As someone who's turned 49, I feel myself going towards the strongman side of lifting. I've never seen myself being a bodybuilder or a powerlifter. I've always wanted to be strong, explosive, and conditioned. I'm looking into programs I can do in my little home gym. I just wanted to say thank you for your videos and your encouragement to others.

Looking forward to trying this! I’m in week 7 of EDC and LOVING it. I added 25lbs to my deadlift and 20lbs to my squat maxes I tested this week. For me, Neversate = always hungry for more. I’ve been running these programs for two years and am still making gains without fail. You will not find more effective programs than what Brian writes!

Hey Brian, just wanted to sharethat I been running the Powerbuilder for the 2nd time and today was 1st day of Maxing, so Deadlift, and I increased my PR by 5kg (230kg now at 86kg bodyweight) - I always had doubts when doing your program that my maxes wouldn't go so great because there is little 1 reps during the training, but previous program went well and this one has started well, so, let's hope it continues this way! Amazing programs!

Classic... I bought the RPM program right before this came out. Am I missing anything with just running the original RPM? Background: 39yo man with about 30-40 lbs to lose. Trained in different disciplines very inconsistently over my adult life. I just have a little over a year in of consistent barbell training after a very long period of being sedentary. I did take a break from the barbell training to run the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge in 28 days back in Nov/Dec. Currently running GZCLP. Just found your channel recently, so RPM will be the first Neversate program for me. Also thanks for the great content... The channel freakin rocks!

Hey Derek, RPM 2 isn't a "new and improved" version of the original program, it's just a sequel following the same template but using different moves for variety / training variation. So both programs are functionally the same, just with some different exercises. I'm currently doing RPM 1 and enjoying it. I've also done a few other Neversate programs and enjoyed all of them a lot.

Hi Brian - purchased RPM2 and enjoying it. I se there's a combo with lumbarjack squat ( i'm fine with these) but then there's barbell landmines (which are to be done each side), do you have a link to what these are please?

Just finished 45 and want to do it again. Should I do this one first to lean up a bit? I also don’t want to lose the strength gains😊

Hey Brian, I’m at Block 3/Week 8/Day 2 of the OG RPE program. I’m trying to drop weight dot to 278 from 308. Is it a good idea to run the RPE 2 program back to back with The OG program? Or would you recommend a break?

I lift on my tonal, and bike as well. But I’ve gained 30 lbs (ummm not muscle) and am not happy about it. I’m not a total beginner but not battle ready right now either. This appears to scale, is it appropriate for someone like me?

Yes absolutely. As long as you can squat, bench, deadlift and ohp
