He calls it a 'meat purifier'...it appears to be a 'protein skimmer' as one would find as part of a salt-water aquarium setup...in an aquarium it 'spins' the water and removes proteins which are harmful in the tank....I don't believe it's doing anything to 'purify' the meat but over working in an attempt to purify the water in which the meat is soaking...
