Your pressed flowers quilt is beautiful. Please make at least one of the new blocks for the current sew along. You can always turn it into a pillow. Of course use the beautiful fabric in your stash. I am thinking of doing the sew along. My grandma made a basket quilt with purples. It was beautiful.

Oh my gosh, I love how your quilt turned out, love love the border you chose and the backing looks wonderful. The quilting pattern was a great choice as well. I loved the fabric we got in our box this month, flower girl, very feminine. I ordered the vintage stitching kit and posies kit as well. Yeah I’m debating on this next sew along too. Wonderful job on your pressed flowers quilt, love it❤

Your quilt came out so pretty! I don't think your needle minder is broken. the magnet on the back is supposed to be separate. I just got a different one on sale a few weeks ago. Its so you can attach it to something that is not magnetic. For example, on a road trip when my husband is driving, I will hand sew. I used to lose needles, so now I use a needle minder on my shirt sleeve. The little magnet goes inside and holds the needleminder in place.

The needle minder isn't broken. Magnet goes underneath fabric and gets magnetized to the top which is on top of the fabric. Then the needle sits on the top.

Your needle minder is not broken. The magnet is not supposed to be glued to the minder. You are supposed to put the Minder on the top of your fabric and the magnet underneath then lay your needle on top of the minder when you’re not using it. There’s a good video showing how to correctly use a needle minders on KZbin 😉

I really enjoy the sew sampler. The last few boxes have been great. I liked everything in this months box. I'm with you, though. I wish more notions were pink or red. I'm kinda sick of the aqua everywhere.. it's not my favorite color. Keep up the great vids! Are you doing the 2024 mystery quilt?
