This is a great book, and the author's voice is excellent (both written and spoken) - I just wish the author slowed down by about 30% during the reading. This is read as if by someone who feels uncomfortable for taking up my time. That's definitely not the case - this is a great piece that I would greatly appreciate hearing read in a more Attenboroughian manner which befits the material.

Why does he mention the abortive Hawker flight when we have the successful Alcock & Brown trans-Atlantic flight in June 1919 and the successful Atlantic crossing of the R34 airship in July 1919?
