This 10 hour gameplay is really fun to watch. You taking damage is also good coz it adds some suspense on your gameplay than doing a no-damage run. But I dont mind if its a no-damage run coz I'll still watch it. 11/10 great job man 👍

A ten hour and half video? My good sir, you spoil us! I got this game for PS4, it's so nice to be able to play Fatal Frame again! The chapters are so long, though, it's a bit tiring... Also, a pet peeve of mine that surfaced once more: why are these people going to a place known to be half-flooded in the most inappropriate outfits?? "Oh yes, Mt. Hikami; gotta go there to find a missing person. Let me wear this mini skirt and frilly shirt with lace."

I went back to your YT channel because I wanted to compare the graphics of the Wii U and Switch version of this game. I finally bought Fatal Frame 5 for my Switch just yesterday. The first difference I noticed was that they added grain effects to the in-game graphics. And as I see in this video, the effect also present in the PC version and probably the other releases as well. I thought it was a weird thing to add in at first, but I guess they wanted it to look more cinematic? But why not add it in the pre-rendered cutscenes as well though? It's just weird seeing it transition from the clean cutscenes to grainy gameplay.

Do you have motion controls in Switch (like rotating the frame by tilting)? I couldn't make it through Steam settings, so I'm tinkering the gyro controls using other software, but the results are not as smooth as the native motion controls. I really want to utilize that feature.

I think FF should reduce the assistance and the various gimmicks with the obscure camera, I'm not really sure, but I think this game is less of a horror with players paying more attention to the technicals for doing a combo. And the Fatal Frame Shot is far more lenient than FF 1 ~3, I remember the ghost juking me from executing a proper fatal frame shot in FF 1~3.
