When we got divorced i fought the BS courts and her for 1 yr and 60k in fees to get my 3 girls all under 10 away from her because she targeted them. I'm with you on that. But I am also that person that would be quick to snap out of that and be out looking for the source. To duck is a normal quick reaction. Some may stay in that ducked fear for longer than others. We had gun fire a few times directly outside our apartment window myself and a neighbor, ran down to have a peek rather than hiding and calling police first. By the time my neighbor called someone else had already done so to. In just a matter of about 3 minutes. It's just what some of us do.
