What just happened? This show is all over the place with no theme or cohesion. There are a few sublime pieces that remind me of Ghesquiere’s storied time at Balenciaga, but most of this is the usual abstract, purposefully-ugly, oversized, over-designed clothes that we’ve been getting from him at LV.

Fashion, like any other form of art is all about perception and I have to disagree with you in this, I can see why Nicolas chose Barcelona and this Gaudí park as a scenery to his collection, Its full of Spanish references in the shapes and the draping, I see golla and flamenco, I see familiar shapes but with a fresh flare, must admit that I started paying close attention to Nicolas work last year but he has surprised me, in the amount of shapes he has in his mind, he has gained my admiration ✨💯✨
