I still can't quite wrap my head around what I just witnessed. Slaying Fatalis is already a challenge, even with MR gear. My heart was beating like crazy when I decided to solo him with bow, I can't even imagine how this must've felt. All I can say now is congratulations and GG, you absolute mad lad.

@JAIMITO MEX if u can handle those, be my guest, i have no problem with people using speedrun sets. i only got a problem with those if the player CANT handle survival with it. personally my builds in iceborne are all between speedrunner and casual/survival, i dont run stuff like heroics but i do run health augment+peak performance or safi armor+resentment and prefer my sets to have health boost 3 and, in case of melee weapon, flinch free lvl 1

Not sure why someone skipped answering your question to start their anti meta set talk, but if you mean individual damage numbers, then food/item buffs and attacking tenderized weakpoints. If you mean overall damage and DPS, that's due to uptime from monster knowledge and skill. That's an experience thing and not a gear thing.

Pretty sure Coalescence and Clutch Claw Boost are both Iceborne content though. Coalescence isn't really that big of a deal but the Clutch Claw Boost is a bit of a game changer. Aside from this, that was a insane fight, as always Peppo displayes his godlike skills with the LS xD

I just got world recently and when I saw this, I got excited to get to iceborne. I miss fatalis so much. Ever since mh4u, it’s the only boss to ever one shot me besides a furious rajang.
