So.. what exactly happens if you choose non- Sakura options in any of those dialogs? If you tell her, for example, that you fight for your own survival, do you get thrown back to normal ending route?

If you choose wrong at any point, you are locked into normal/servant endings. Sakura is a fragile girl...
