And I'm like, why not summon for the heck of it? I do 5 singles, I get Summer Musashi!! I'm like, oooh noooo I used up all my luck. I log back into my old account. I get 130 sq. I use them all up and got Rider Carmilla... at least I like Carmilla

I'm still kinda new to Myst's content, is there a way to see his list of servants? One of his spooks was of Artoria (Saber), which was met with disappointment. Personally I'd be thrilled to get additional copies of her, so I guess he has her at NP5?

Is it important to download the data in fgo before rolling?

Not really, no. All it does is make new servants/CEs not cause loading. Loading tends to equate something new, which is either great for chasing a rate up or depressing because you hit a new spook you didn't have.

Nope it just means that in most devices, you won't get loading screens potentially when you roll, meaning that you won't be spoiled if you get something new or not before you even see the cards.
