The purpose of this fight was to showcase how absurd ORT is. It's basically a scripted lose fight if you want to advance the story. For the real fight however will have to wait until the release of Part 2.

By the way, did you manage to get them back after the battle?

This is just the boss version so your servant won't DATA LOST. The raid version which you'll get DATA LOST when your servant die is in Part 2.
