Where do I start Fate anime? There's a lot, I have read to start off on zero but then the people that have started there say it's the worst place to start off????

Fate Zero unlimited blade works and fate heavens feel and you have *fate stay night that's a prequel with kiritsugu and all the others it really doesn't matter as they aren't directly connected

Yeah, dont go with zero. Start with Ubw, Hf, and then zero. After that, order, for the most part, doesn't matter (except fgo).

assuming this is a serious comment If you plan to *read* the source material, start with the F/SN VN, then move onto F/HA, then read F/Z. I'd recommend waiting for F/HA until the official TL comes out probably sometime next year. If you plan to *watch* the anime instead of the source material, watch F/Z first, then the UBW anime, then the Heaven's Feel films. While I understand why people prefer that new fans watch F/Z last, there's a good amount of material in the UBW and HF anime adaptations that kind of assumes the viewer watched F/Z to begin with (*especially* the HF films, which change and rearrange content with the assumption that the viewer has already watched F/Z, and even have a bunch of musical and directorial cues to the F/Z anime).
