This scene is so cute lol. Also I think the reason why Takeru stuck not knowing what Iori is to Takeru is because this Iori isn't the same one that went through the battle with Takeru in F/SR. This Iori is a servant who has no memory of F/SR incident.

Not exactly, the Collab Event pretty much more or less confirmed this is the Iori that partnered with Takeru, F/SR becoming a Servant, specifically they both came from the Entreat Darkness route ending. The reason Takeru is unsure is not just because Iori doesn't remember the Ritual, but because their hesitant to bring back any memories of that out of concern that he goes down that route again.
