as for that Tsukihime Collab event, we almost got that event back in Season 1 of the storyline but they put in a canon lore reason why it did not happen through a new Melty blood manga where the back Alley Alliance (along with Arcueid) prevented Lev from destroying the Melty Blood universe, which would have created the Tsukihime Singularity if he succeeded, thanks to Olga (yes the same Olga we saw die in F/GO Prologue) secretly guiding them as a Ghost in Lily form.
