I wouldn't say so, mainly because it's impossible for modern authors of the science fiction and urban fantasy subgenres to write anything that isn't marginally influenced by Lovecraft and his circles writing. There's also the fact that the Cthulhu mythos elements were Canon to the Nasuverse long before fgo came out with Foreigners. Just look at Caster in Fate zero. One also has to take into consideration that nasu and his inner circle are all really close friends with the creator of Demonbane which is another visual novel series that draws heavily from lovecraft's work. I mean it isn't outright confirmed but it's heavily implied the Nylothotep that empowers BB in her summer forum is the same Nylothotep from Demonbane and that it is a being that exists entirely outside of the entire nasu multiverse. like where it came from isn't connected at all to the swirl of the root unlike the rest of the world created by Nasu. That's why outer gods are called outer Gods. they come from a different reality altogether completely removed from all of the timelines and alternate worlds that exists within the works of Kinoko Nasu.

In fact foreigners had become my favorite class and i would love if they made a series with one as the main servant.their posibilities could be vast for character developing Hell lovecraft himself could be a good candidate for a beast giving his mentality and ideology on humanity

Yeah, there already were Lovecraftian entities in Nasuverse such as Types, True Daemons, Caster's Horrors. Adding actual Cthulhu Mythos expies to the mix only cheapens the whole thing.

I wanna see a comic of Goro Akechi and Abby hanging out eating pancakes. Abbys got two seperate plates of them. Goro wonders aloud if she can finish them all. Abby says the second plate is for her father. A tentacle with a fork comes out of her keyhole and stabs the second stack, yanks it back in. Abby just keeps eating while Akechi stares, bug eyed. A mangled fork pops back out of her head and a demonic voice says delicios as Akechi runs.

Fun facts on Lovecrafts topics mentioned in fgo: Randolph Carter is from the story "The Statement of Randolph Carter" Where he explains what happened to him and his friend and Colleague Harley Warren, while investigating a graveyard. He explains it in detail and in a traumatized fashion. Quliphoth Rhizome refers to the open of the gate which is associated with Yogsothoth, The gate itself to pretty much the entire universe itself. It's pretty much the most powerful being on Lovecrafts mythos(Excluding Azathoth who created everything by sleeping). Lavinia Whateley came from Lovecrafts other story "The Dunwich Horror". She gives birth to 2 creatures: Wilbur Whateley and the Dunwich Horror itself. After her father dies and everyone's animals are being attacked by mysterious force, she goes into a woods and disappears without a trace. Edit: I'm reading all of Lovecrafts stories from the library while going back and forth to school.

I read some lovecraft after playing this singularity and then when I realized who Randolph carter really was I doubled over laughing. Lemme break this down. Randolph Carter comes into Salem and takes Abigail with him traveling. What he doesn’t tell is that his travels are basically him searching the Dreamlands for this place called Kadath. So, this man was so bad at finding Kadath, that he kidnaps this little girl to get her help finding it, because she is contracted to the outer god of knowing everything. And since him and that outer god are homies, he just kinda takes advantage. So now poor Abby is gonna be doin all the work for him, while he’s just gonna be chillin. Sorry ass traveling gentleman. (I read the dream quest for unknown Kadath)

Abby's awakening caused the Lostbelt storyline to happen. Opening the gate for Sot-typhon allowed the Foreign Presence and it's trees into our dimension. Goetia foresaw this with Solomon's clairvoyance, which was where his plan came from.

Not really. There maybe some other things of the near Outer God descent that caused ripples in the world. The appearance of the Alien God was indirectly caused by Goetia to begin with in the event he were defeated by humanity. Gilgamesh said this after battle that Beast I emergence would systematically call off Beast VII/Alien God somewhere in the World. As long humanity prevails the first struggle of the first Beast, a chain reaction would take place as a domino effect. Mankind must overcome all against the Beasts. If not, only answer is failure and extinction.

I recently read some of the Salem manga on mangadex. I very much enjoyed it. Mata Hari and Queen of Sheba in period clothing are delightful, as is one moment of Mata Hari straight up DECAPITATING a ghoul with a knife. THAT was impressive. My favorite however would be the little interactions Fujimaru and company have with Abby. Talking with her about ordinary things they enjoy, trying to shield her from the intense horror of the Witch Trials and overall just being…kind and compassionate to a little girl. It’s very touching.

She is not possessed by one like Abi or Yang, nor was her very soul changed like octopus dad. Meanwhile, MHXX is one because she is space and is a protect of space being a policewoman. Unlike MHX who, although from space, is an assassin because of her obsession to kill all other saber-faces.

Also mooncell contains the powers and remains of dead gods. Which is what made her so powerful. That and Sefar just chilling inside there.

When Abigail was released in JP, i made some drafts for my OC servant Octhrice and the Greek singularity he will be in. I never released my story in fanfic but heres the short summary: When Asclepius was made into the constellation Ophiuchus, he attracted the attention of the Outer God Yig. They... Made love in the heavens and sired Octhrice, Gahern and Tadeus (they represent the snake in the constellation). Octhrice was the only curioius child and wanted to know what it was like being human, so he went below and went on an adventure with one of Ares sons he met while bathing in the Alpheus river. As you all know what happened to most of the Greek heroes, it ended with tragedy... His companion Gladious rejected Aphrodites love for him and was killed by Zeus, he was then raped by Ares while next to his dead friend (that was not my idea, it was my roommates). He stayed with Ares in Olympus as a Trophie of sorts. That was in my draft before i had to revise it with regards to LB5

And thus the America of the Revolution was rather not wild about hard core faiths and the founders determined to not have religious control as even Massachusetts burned out on the faith and went way more liberal and relaxed in it's Christianity. The South settled by those seeking wealth or just a place to have a small farm (small no slave owning farmers greatly outnumbered slave owners) was not high on religion until the 1800's made it the center of religious fervor coming over from England. I feel it kind of off-putting how Abby gets more and more sexualized with each ascension. I know Japan seems to have a bigger thing with fetishizing preteens, but it really makes me uncomfortable seeing her final ascension in a skimpy swimsuit, especially when juxtaposed with her increasingly desperate attempts to stay a pure and innocent girl. Few things make me unsure of how to feel than this girl singing "Angels We Have Heard On High" while in her final ascension outfit.
