Fun fact: Not related but a Cameo on the Melty Blood(one of type-moon other series) spin-off Hana no Miyako, Souichirou Kuzuki has a daughter named "Ami" the mother is said to be Greek (Medea probably). Sadly the Manga got Discontinued. but the chapter between the two of them is on the original.

One thing i couldn't understand in this episode adaptation, illya can sense whatever happening in the whole einzbern forest including einzbern castle, but she couldn't sense just when gil and shinji broke the barrier and trespassed in until gil released GoB on her 2 maids. My assumption is, Gil used presence concealment magic on him and shinji to trespass or the plot wanted illya to be in shock and surprised state lol. If anyone knows the answer, tell me.

kind of obscure ability but gil has independent manifestation which allows him to just ramdomly appear where ever he wants

She said Heracles, not Hercules. Hercules = Roman version, this character is based on Heracles just like Apollo (Roman god) was taken from Mars (Greek original) since both are Sun/War gods. Heracles = Original Greek version.

The Roman war god Mars is based of Ares not apollo. Apollo is the same in greek and Roman Myths. Historically speaking there is no difference between Hercules and Heracles, except the name.
