Just a quick note FGFRC... batteries loose their potential shortly after initial use. To example this to yourself (if you haven't already learned it) place a "watt-meter" between a newly-full charged battery and the ESC and watch the power output of the battery drain. Hence... when you performed the speed run on the FW F-16, you were already on reduced battery power! Check it out for yourself, okdoki! Also, maybe nextime you could perform a speed test on a calmer day; there's a whole lot of other factors that contribute to this test; however, I do enjoy watching you fly new and different designs. Keep it up, we're all enjoying your contribution. Jim

Yeah my speed test are less than perfect but it gives a general idea. And for the most important thing is they are fun. LOL Thanks for your advice and info!!!

thnx for sharing, how did you get the thrust reverse to work with a AR630, great review
@FatGuyFliesRC11 күн бұрын
The thrust reverse is in the SMART esc , during the SMART esc setup you assign it to a switch and does not need a physical; channel on the receiver. Here is my how to video : kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6nTdJKagtBrepo

Nice Fat. I think , many stock 6s jets are 100+ mph nowadays :-) ❤🎉

I have another tip for you. Your gps has a log function that records all of your past flights. This will show all of your past flights. The first time you look at it you need to be connected to the unit. To see your log go to the main page, click on the gear icon on the top right corner then click on records.

Thanks so much I will be trying that out soon.

Nice comparison. It seems it's always windy there but you do a good job flying in the wind!

Very nice Fat. I believe most of the stock 64-70-80 mm fan, 6s jets are Roughly 100mph max. Unless they specified as high performance 😂😂😂😂😂
@FatGuyFliesRC4 ай бұрын
I am just glad to get either of these over a 100mph.

I had the same impression, that the F-16 isn’t an extreme fast plane. But has probably better scale manoeuvring (?)

No not a complete rocket ship.

Cool comparison. The freewing f16 is not that fast and this kind of proves my suspected. I can highly recomand soft rubber wheels for landings but love the artic camo, it looks awesome.👍

Dude you cant do a reasonable speed test comparison in high wind conditions its not all accurate

Best I could do at the time. I know I need to redo this.
