Greg.....................uhh faithful subscriber here. Yesterday for some reason I jumped up out of the Mancave and loaded up my Bigfoot and took off to this field. Never flown before using DX6e and AR620 thanks to your video. I did not pay attention to the CG...battery was too far back to begin with. Never flown before and with 100 percent throws and 30 percent expo the plane was jerky. Airborne twice and went back down. Bent landing gear on the second crash. But that was it regarding damage. I got lucky. I went home about a mile from this field and back to Mancave to evaluate my adventure. Wind was 30 mph gust ...etc. Field was not really level where I could land. Automobile traffic in the background didn't help. Removed and repaired the landing gear. Need to dial in maybe 70 percent regarding throw rate along with my 30 percent expo and take it from there. I have no gyro...well you know that. I joined AMA finally yesterday no big deal and going to join this RC club 12.5 miles from the house. I am not discouraged and my next maiden flight sorta will be at the airfield. I will get help from the club and return I will be a good member even if I fly a foamie. Thanks for video...be safe out there

Move that battery more forward and let the plane be just slightly nose heavy. 30mph winds is way to strong to fly in . I try to fly in under 15 mph if I can help it. The calmer the better. But You fly when you can right? Joining a club and the AMA is always good.

Yea 1800mm in a high wing plane is great size for orientation and handling less that perfect conditions.

It’s like the rear landing gear needs to be other way round on this model seems like it’s too far forward

On my first one I thought the same thing and it made landing it horrible. the racked forward is the actual way it is supposed to be. Looks awkward but makes for sweet landings!

Appears to be a winner but too big for me unless the wings are easy-off easy-on.

The airplane came at you when you gave it some gas🤣😂. It’s electric remember? It came at you when you gave it some power or throttle. Lol. Yep I’m like you I can do touch and goes all day long and be happy
