Hi guys I want to tell you guys something…. The Jackson family are my biggest inspiration of my life. I’m truly a biggest fan. I grew up on the Jackson family Michael, Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Marlon, Tito, Jackie, Latoya, Rebbie and 3T. I love you guys with all of my heart and I care about you guys so much. I just love the whole Jackson family. Y’all are my beautiful babies. I was born in 1997 and I’ve been listening to the Jackson family since I was a kid. Y’all mean a whole lot to me. You forgot Jackie Jackson! The biggest, tallest one in the #Jackson5 💖 The Eldest of all the Jackson brothers. I watched the #Jackson5 from the get go. #MJ was just a year older than me. We only had 3 channels then 11,13 (PBS) & Fox came later. The only REAL kids on tv were the #Jackson5 and they had melanin! Being 'Black' on tv was a rarity (racism & segregation 💀) & as for children on tv : the #LittleRascals #EastEndKids & later #LittleAlbert aired. Basically, #FatAlbert was a cartoon loosely based on Bill Cosby's childhood friends in Philly aka Philadelphia (PA) & the other 2 were abt fictional kids played by child actors.. Only #Buckwheat was black.. the other program (East End Kids) had one black child as well, but that's it. Every kid was 'white' there was no inbetween.. no Asians, Native & others of African ancestry. THESE R the times that the #Jackson5 made their 1st appearance on the #EdSullivanShow & my whole 'hood was hooked as were neighborhoods across these United States. They "blew up" right away. Had FOUR #1s on the charts! The original 1st Boy Band. The blueprint.💜 People today cannot imagine. If *ET* had come to visit our 'hood.. He'd have to wait until we finished watching the #Jackson5 on TV. The #Jackson5 did skits with their sisters on Variety Shows (lots of non-white shows debuted & gave them a platform to perform in) .. that's where we 1st saw #JanetJackson who went on to act.😍 Anywho, I just wanted you to know that they were so needed when they hit the airwaves & the tv screens. We were like the #LittleRascals & believe me they were GREAT but we had a lot more diversity. We had the #Native #Asians & lots of #African Colors which was absent from tv back then. No matter the craziness in this world.. diversity definitely matters. The #Jackson5 seeded that for all us "kids". We R a better world b/c of #TheJacksons & the core was always #MichaelJackson 👑 #MJ is STILL UNDER-RATED.✌🏾🌹💞🌹

I was born and raised and lived most of my life in New Orleans. It used to be fun, but now, it's a dump. Except for the French Quarter and Garden District. I lived on the East Bay and worked in San Francisco. SF is beautiful ❤️ and multi-cultural.. I now live in Miami Beach ⛱️🏖️. It's more Caribbean than American. Absolutely love it!!!. Cancun cannot hold a candle to anywhere in Hawaii.

I think music is better because of the memories that it conjures up. Most people can hear a song and remember the first time they heard it, what they were doing and who they were with. It goes into your soul and can rejuvenate you or bring you down. Sometimes, if you’re down, it can lift you up. Sometimes it can bring you peace. It can change your whole outlook on life, love and the world in general. Not sure anyone can understand what I’m saying and maybe I’m not using the correct words but, for me, music is everything. The world would be such a dismal place without music in it.

Royal always makes me smile. He is very handsome & very chilled. He reminds me of a Musketeer! 😁 I think it is just his overall look & my upbringing.😂 Watched the Musketeers films a lot growing up. Even though TJ playfully teases Royal.. I believe that Royal will find his groove. He's an #Artist that's a slow burn. As for TJ.. 😵MY GOSH, LOOK AT HOW GROWN UP ROYALE LOOKS😵, I mean, he really looks like he would fit right in, in a chill sesh with you & the crew. But then the more I think about it, he's making me feel so OOOOLLLLLDDDD, but I reckon I AM born the same year his Daddy is born in (12/1978), 🤷🏾‍♀️so if T.J. feels old, I'll take it, I'm in GREAT company ☺️👍🏾. Actually, we are the reverse of you & the Mrs., my husband is born the same year as Queen Frannie-J, while me & T.J. are born in the DOPEST year on the Calendar 🎊1978🎊‼️

Not TJ coming for E.T. Oh no no no. (E.T. was in the summer of 1982 lol Back to the Future was only 3 years later.) I hadn’t watch that movie in decades. I was 6 years old when we saw it at the movies. Then we had it on VHS. I didn’t understand the little details of the story back then. Watched it again last year - i loved it! I was bawling like a baby the whole last 30 minutes. “The Goonies” and “Gremlins” hold up really well. My nephews (all under 10 years old) were losing it over “Gremlins” - screaming, laughing, shouting at the TV. They *really* liked it. I think “Citizen Kane” at this point is more about how different it was in 1941 from all other films. By this time we have all seen so many movies that take from the blueprint “Citizen Kane” created, people are taking the OG for granted. Musicals - I love old musical films. Gene Kelly - all day, any day. People are really missing out if they don’t watch some of these works of art.
