Love your dad. He has the typical "old approach" to the wine. He loves it or not, simple. Without our classic technical description of wine, which is not a bad thing, but your dad's approach decribes for what the wine was created for. Sensational! He reminds me our ancestors way of life and their beautiful and emotional traditions. Love him!
