Is this Hawk Mountain road off of Hightower Gap Road? Somebody else tried to find it recently and couldn't, but some friends and I will be in the area in a week or so and are very interested in locating this trail!

Yes it is. I just put hawk mountain in google maps and it took me straight to it. It would be easy to miss if you have never been before.
