Nice one . Really beautiful and do you know what , is really an inspiring moment , to realise that that little gesture invoked such 28:43 good will in your psyche , like . And that made all the difference . Think of all the expensive ' Dream Holidays ' that in reality were fraught and permanently low level misery ( too often ) . Meant to bring you both closer , safer , and much more uh ...er .. Well - Ah Too - Gev- ah ! Gosh , I really am in the zone at the moment . I'm just so radiant and ( lets be honest ) so bloody very Cute . Hot , I think is the modern term among the gorge- tastic of the distaff English Lit majors smart set . at the end of the the day . Rock music is a very , very , visual medium , yeah ? So , maybe , you just underline that passage with your completely free , gifted , biro . Write any passing new theory down , with great , unnecessary , haste into your fabulous , sleek , no charge and sooo absolutely freeeeeee Workbook that has been placed under all your chairs .So dont worry , your 1,000 pounds a day rehab ( fòod not included ) will be tbe best money you'll ever spent. Come on , you've earned it , Star . FOMO can go jump In the LAKE - O . 😂😂😂❤❤❤🎉🎉 -

This might be a bit heavy to share on here, but this album came out the day after my dad was very suddenly hospitalized in what would become the beginning of his decline in health that would result in his passing six months later. This album felt perfectly fitting for how grim, confusing, and sad my life had suddenly become, and it helped me get through it all. I saw Josh live a month before my dad would pass and I couldn't help but cry during Please Don't Die. For admittedly personal reasons, this album has become one of my favorites more quickly than most manage to, and I'm thankful it came out right when I needed it most. Happy first anniversary, baby 🎉🎉🎉

As snarky and toxic as most typical comments sections can be, it takes a certain kind of bravery and spiritual fortitude to share ANYTHING of a painful or personal nature, much less something like this. I'm sure your father would be proud to see you show both qualities in your remembrance of him. Salute, from one stranger to another.

Saw him in Kansas City last night. I painted the tear drops on my face and went in with big expectations. I never expected what happened. Thats the difference between trying to write something that sounds smart, and something that sounds cool. "Poem Zone" is just fun to say/hear, and thats what I love in FJM, always has smart and playful lyrics with a dose of self-awareness. In that case, he KNOWS writing a poem is so cliché as an artist, so soon as he tells it, he mocks it.

It was a nod to the Biblical text in which God says only he knows the day and hour of Christ's return...So, Christ doesn't even know, but he will when the time comes. "I'm the Second Coming, but I'm the last to know. I didn't get invited, but I know where to go." If you have a sliver of Biblical knowledge, his music says more than it would if you didn't.

@@jenniferlima9235 i'm a believer, but i see this as either part or all metaphor. i mean, the whole song is about being a past-crest golden boy..isn't it?

During the Honeybear tour, Josh poked fun at me during his concert in Phoenix. I was having a glorious trip and wanted to get a video of the concert. I didn't realize that my phone video light was on while I was recording. Josh stopped what he was doing and said "someone in the audience doesn't know how to use FaceTime". It was so embarrassing. Lol. Later I ran into him after the concert and did an "I'm not worthy" Wayne's World bow. Ugghhhh so awkward. Anyway, Fear Fun was my favorite Misty album... But I think this has surpassed it. So good! Nicely done!

Florian Hufnagl only halfway through, but calling a decent to strong 8. If I hear something that changes my opinion I may come back and update.

EJ Nagel he gave Pure Comedy a 9. While I really like this album I don't think it has the scope of PC to reach that score. For me, GFC starts off very strong but the last 3 tracks are very similar and it detracts from the album overall just a touch. Strong 7 to light 8 from me.

See you in September daddy! I guess it’ll be a melancholy birthday but seeing you live will more than make up for lowkey crying to every one of your songs.
