Sonic runs through and thinks to himself, "They won't stop taking what I love until I give up, huh? I'm not even up for a chili dog anymore, and those are my favorite food!", just to show how serious it's gotten and how determined he is to get it all back, going so far as to rejecting his favorite food. Also, I think it should have been the _final_ level, not the first.
