Father’s Day 2019

Singer/Songwriter McKenna Medley wrote a song and surprised her dad (Bill Medley of the Righteous Brothers) by singing it to him on stage for Father’s Day in 2008. Since then, the song has been their Father/Daughter dance at her wedding and has become a special piece of music for them. Enjoy the pictures from throughout their lives. Happy Father’s Day!

@@marieross3677 I know. So sad. I almost felt as if someone I knew had died. 5 years of battling Parkinsons must have horrible for them. They seemed so much in love. So you probably also know Billl was operated on for a cancerous throat tumor less than a month before. So glad he has been declared cancer free. 💪

@@patricialabbe1416 actually I did .not know that she battled Parkinson's. I also did not know that Bill had cancer. I knew there was problem with his voice, but that was long ago I thought. What a tough loving family!!!

Mckenna I grew up listening to your father's incredible voice. I saw him perform live many times with Bobby and once with you at Hot August Nights in Reno. You too have an incredible voice and for years I have hoped you would break out and have the career your voice deserves. The duets you did with Michael Grimm are awesome and I play them often. I was really touched by this song and always wanted to meet your Dad in person, shake his hand along with a big thank you for all the enjoyment his voice has brought me and millions of others. Good luck and I wish you and yours the best of everything.
