And making the right choices, & doing the right thing, is NEVER easy for 4 good reasons: (1) Life RARELY works out the way we want it to (2) Sometimes, the right choices might not always be the 1's we truly want (3) Sometimes, you'll have to risk making some sacrifices And (4) for doing the right thing, sometimes, you have to do it YOURSELF

Growing up, my mother struggled to make ends meet. At 15 I had a summer job and worked odd jobs to help out. She never encountered me or my siblings to engage in illegal activities to help out. She encouraged us to stay in school and stay away from the streets. Sadly, there are some parents who put their kids into adult situations because they need help. The disheartening aspect of this is that this type of behavior damages kids more than help them.

You never want to put too much pressure on your kids. Love. Kids. Otherwise, they'll end up in situations like this. That's why loving your kids is important. And letting them make their own choices. Even though you may disagree with them, you still. Love them. No matter what they decide to do. That father was terrible. I. guarantee you that. A father was doing that to their kid You should not put your kid's life at risk, but it's. Instead, support them and let them do what they want to do. If they want to study and get good grades, they do not. Want to play football, then so be it. It's the same thing if you have a daughter. Your daughter does not have to follow in your footsteps. She will. Follow her own path. And it's the same thing if you have a son. If he does not want to play football but get good grades and have a good career in something else, then so be it. It's their choice. What that father did that his kid was push him away and put pressure on him to do the same thing his father did. That's not the way to do it. But luckily, God gave that father a second chance. To be a better dad. To his son. The guy who runs a reptile zoo in Utica, MI. His son did not want to run it. He wanted to follow his own path. There was no pressure to follow in his footsteps. Some people choose to do something else. Because they feel that their current path is not going the way they want it. The KZbinr is Brian. Barchak, He passed away. Sometime this year. And his son took over the zoo briefly. But that was not his path. Even kids the famous legends don't follow in their parents' footsteps at times. They. Sometimes they do.
