coriander seeds-1 tbsp
cumin seed-1 tsp
cloves-5
cardamom-6
cinnamon sticks-2 medium-sized
bay leaves-2
pepper-1tbsp
Black lemon-1
garlic - 1
Kashmiri red chill powder - 1.1/2 tsp
sunflower oil- 8 tbsp
For the rice:
Sella/Basmati rice -4 cup
Onion(finely chopped) - 1small
Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 2
lemon juice - 2 tbsp
mandi masala- 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Cloves - 5-6
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Whole coriander seeds -1 tsp
Garlic(chopped) -2
Bay leaf -1
Cardamom -8
Cinnamon - 2-3
Dry lemon -2
Black whole pepper - 3/4 tbsp
Sunflower oil - 1/3 cup
red food color (optional)
