Geram tengok daun pandan hijau2 pekat kat kedai..terus beli banyak2 nak buat badak berendam ni 3 hari lepas sebab dah lama tak buatnya. Lucu kan nama pencuci mulut ni..ia di beri nama sebegitu mungkin di sebabkan bebola pulut yg di rendam di dalam kuah santan seakan-akan badak yang tengah berendam. Apa pun namanya, ia memang sedap..lembut & lemak manis..

Bahan-Bahan Inti Kelapa :
1/2 biji kelapa parut muda -putih saja
1/2 cawan gula melaka -1 1/2 keping kecil
3 sudu besar gula pasir
1/2 cawan air
2 helai daun pandan -di simpul
1 sudu besar tepung gandum
Bahan-Bahan Bebola Pulut :
3 cawan tepung pulut
3 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu teh garam halus
1 cawan + 3 sudu besar jus pandan (blend air dengan 8 helai daun pandan)
sedikit pewarna hijau epal
Bahan-Bahan Kuah Santan :
5 cawan santan
(2 cawan santan pekat + 3 cawan air)
4 sudu besar tepung beras
1 1/2 sudu teh garam halus

Ingredients For Coconut Core/Filling :
Half white young grated coconut seeds
1/2 cup palm sugar
3 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup water
2 screwpine leaves -knot it
1 tablespoon plain flour
Ingredients For Glutinous Rice Balls :
3 cup glutinous rice flour
3 tablespoon plain flour
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 cup + 3 tablespoon screwpine juice
(blend water with 8 screwpine leaves)
A few drops of green apple food colouring
Ingredients For Coconut Gravy :
5 cup coconut milk
(2 thick coconut milk + 3 cup water)
4 tablespoon rice flour
1 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
