... That's why Kerim is so insecure about FG's love. Since the letter's issue, he builts walls around him to protect himself. Kerim's biggest fear is not to be loved or to know the love shown is false. He says he's certain of her love, but I think she doesn't want to beleive, not totally at the least. Beleive her means to lower his gard and to be vulnerable. He's afraid to be betrayed once again by his loved one, thing that he won't be able to bear this time.

What Kerim means by "I've complained a lot"? He refers to his mom story. I remember at the beginning of teh show when they've just settled in the house of Goksu, Mukaddes said to FG that both are alike as they're orphans. It's the first common point that Kerim and FG share, they're orphans and grew up without their parents... What can be worse than that? It's the most touching part of their past.

Yes, exactly.I think he made the comments about himself to punish himself.Because I think deep down he doesn't believe that he deserves to be loved.The two people in his life who were supposed to love him unconditionally let him down.Fortunately his baba is trying to heal those wounds,but still. AND Meryem sort of turned on him,became FG's champion,and he even tries not to mind that because he loves FG so much,but you know it's got to hurt.

I think Kerim means he thinks FG is braver than him,that she's been through more and he should not have been complaining,even though they've experienced similar losses and grief,things have been worse for her. I think he feels ashamed that she had the additional trauma of being raped and he was part of the incident,so he feels has no right to "whine." As in all the times he grieved over his father and mother, fought with Meryem and his father etc.I think he's being too hard on himself.
