There's more to see and do at Disney that rollercoasters. We are planning a trip for next year. It's been many years since I've been. I have bought Disney-themed cross-stitch kits there and buttons, and I'll be looking for those again.

Your videos are so much fun! The valentine word swap looks great, and I wouldn’t worry about the “mistake “. But if you really want to balance it, you could add extra rows of stitching - One below the top line, and one below the lower line . Then it would look like was done on purpose.

Your little "February" row of houses is so cute. you were talking about the eyes of the two kids. If you feel good about it, I suggest door knobs on the houses to repeat the black a couple times beyond the eyes and mail box. Just a thought.

Great to see you and all of your beautiful stitching. FYI…I finally looked up the translation for “Crocette a Gogo.” I knew it was Italian, but found out that it means “crosses galore.” Pronunciation = cro- chet- ay a gogo. Good to know and her patterns are so cute!

Love this channel! Thanks 😊. I have a general question. Not sure where to put it. My instructions say to stitch over two threads of 18. Aida. What would happen if I only stitched over one? I wanted my project to be on the smaller size

Hello Teresa! It would change the size of your project.

Question- are their one over one stitches in the new Lori Holt Sampler or are they all just cross stitches, wondering if this will work okay on Aida? Thanks!!
@FatQuarterShopFlossTube3 күн бұрын
Hello Carole! Depending on what size fabric count you are using you can stitch over one. If you are sing 28 count or higher we recommend over 2.

I''m not sure what has changed but in order to hear Kimberly I have to turn the volume up, bbut when there are ads it is far too loud. Any suggestions? This just started with the new opening.

Disney is not the originator of all fairy tales. Cinderella is a folk tale that goes back to at least the 17th century in Europe and possibly as far back as the turn from BC to AD in Ancient Greece. Snow White is a German fairy tale that was popularized in print in the 19th century by the Brothers Grimm in their collection called Grimm’s Fairy Tales. Disney’s versions are cleaned up interpretations of the older texts, with much less violence and many more happy endings. The original tales were often used to teach values and life lessons or consequences to children. Also, the Disney parks have relatively few roller coasters compared to other amusement parks. I’m not here to defend Disney, but it appears that there might be a narrow viewpoint on what the Disney parks have to offer.

Can you please tell me what either Cheryl or Denise's resolution to the french knot eyese is? I have the same dilemma.
@FatQuarterShopFlossTube21 сағат бұрын
Hello Deborah! it’s just two backstitches. One straight along the bottom of the stitch/square and then one diagonal. Like the letter L, but the vertical is on the diagonal. The left ‘eye’ diagonal backstitch would be from the bottom left of the square to the upper right, and for the right eye, the diagonal backstitch would be from the bottom right to the upper left.

I am confused...you said you drink black tea with xtra ice, no water? How does one make tea without water (maybe you meant sugar)? I LOVE Lori's new sampler design and like to stitch all things samplers now, thanks to Lori's inspiration. You stated Lori stitched it with 1 thread over 1; it looks like it is stitched 1 thread over 2...per the finished size, otherwise I am thinking it would be quite smaller? Yeah, not a Disney fan either! Would love to see you stitch more "Hands on Design" charts. See you in 2 weeks.
@mizmerrill5 күн бұрын
I think it might be undiluted black tea concentrate with extra ice, so it dilutes slowly, as the ice melts.
@janwilliams48744 күн бұрын
@@mizmerrill ahh...confusion gone. Thanks so much. Not a tea drinker so I am unaware of undiluted tea. Great!
