Any tips for big damage, like wait arc discharge + tempest or something like that

Not really, just spend on 5 maelstrom instantly to fish for tempest procs, try to always prim wave with tempest due to the bug and try to play ur ele blasts properly (4+ wolves). the specs theory is quite easy but there's a lot going on and it will be impossible to play even close to perfect, good luck
