if you think that way then you are a fool, chefs learn all kinds of cuisine and making it into one. or even maximize and even perfect the mastered dish and make it into a Ultimate Form. Cooking is boundless and if you have many techniques, you will cool better food. plus you people who are commentimg about uncles food, don't know anything about chinese cuisine! most of the it taste bland but for their taste buds it is fine. you have no idea people what you are talking about. eat authentic cuisines and COOK IT!!

I am living in north Japan and can get oysters and normally we can eat rare. I guess it's difficult to eat rare in China so it's great to grill, we also do grill but we never eat like that. I think it's uncle's original dish. We Japanese never do like that I think it's difference of view of dish, also I can say difference of view of beauty. We think too much combination destroy oyster's taste but Chinese think combination make more fun. I just guess and it's fun to compare cultural difference. So I can say Japanese think something seriously then Chinese do fun. This is my aphorism seeing food culture.

They're saying kidneys or "little kidneys" in the video, that's why it's being translated to kidneys, but they're testicles, they don't like calling it by its real name apparently

Correct! In past videos chicken testicles are referred to as kidneys or chicken tenders...but bull testicles and penis are referred to as just that....

@@MattTheKnife-I consulted an expert in the Chinese language and they concluded they actually are calling it chicken testicles but it's a colloquial common term for it, they use the same word for kidneys for testicles because of how they're shaped

Hola Tío..! Disculpas pero no son ostras son ostiones 🦪 y no me gusta que un chef que sabe cocinar., le ponga tanto ajo 🧄 y solo consigue quitarle el gusto..! Los ostiones se pueden comer crudos y solo con Lima.. y cocinados solo con alguna salsa agregada antes de comerla. No está nada bien que arruine un molusco 🦪 tan sabroso..,👎
