For the apparent ease with which he played the game, it's a shame he didn't win more than he did. Could've won two world titles if not for the injury at the '97 final. Maybe a couple more All England's and the 2000 Olympics, which, inexplicably, went to Ji Xinpeng.

I played badminton in 1998 to 2000. Then stopped playing till 2016 and discovered the point system changed. LOL
