Ive seen a theory that lyney is the actual dead one since lynette has anemo vision. It doest seems right tho. My theory is that lynette died during show drowning, and lyney had put so much love and effort into getting lynette back so he forgot about freminet. Thats why lyney has pyro vision since he wanted lynette back so much, lynette anemo because of loosing her true self, and freminet cryo because he has never got love from his older brother.

If you're talking about the trailer, she didn't drown, she was dissolved into the water (which could very well be a trick of theirs, since they talk a lot about deceiving people), secondly, it's been stated that both Lyney and Lynette take good care of Freminet and really love him
