I remember seeing in opening order Snuff, Face To Face, and NOFX for $10 in the mid 90's in Austin TX and Snuff blew both NOFX and Face To Face away. Snuff was just tight and harmonious with their back up vocals, never got to see them again.

Striker Eastwood it's was Liberty Lunch on 2nd Street, old EMOS was on 6th. I saw LagWagon, Ten Foot Pole, No Use, ALL, Sicko, Horace Pinker, Alligator Gun, Peg Boy, Blink, Jawbreaker, Down By Law, Black Train Jack and others at the old EMOS. At liberty lunch i also saw Bracket, Tilt, Smoking Popes, Hag Fish, gomez (local Austin band) . At the Lizard Lounge i saw Lifetime and Weston on the same night

Dude you're right!!! 2015 SxSw I had just finished my free daytime showcase and was wandering down whatever street all the gay bars are on and saw that Frank Turner was playing!!! That was memorable!!! This year I'm actually paired with Frank on a lot of showcases
