That's actually true. Last time I had the same washer and it was the E09 error code and my dad checked what was wrong and the circuit board was damaged and motor triac was having problems with it so we bought other washer.

I hated the candy washing machine. My father bought it just bcos it was the cheapest in the shop & also it was a last display set. 🤬🤬🤬🤬. The machine now stating to get crazy after less than 1 year of using it. The digital display keep beeping by itself, the buttons cannot be press & the total time display’s number, heater’s display & the speed’s display keep dancing & changing by itself. The machine also didn’t wash the clothing after a few minutes. Although the machine didn’t finish the cycle, but the display said “End”. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. And also the Smart Touch’s app cannot be used. Avoid this brand at all cost.

No I don't know if you read this but on the washing machine it says Smart Touch it means you can control it by a a smartphone so when you're at work or whatever and you turn it on to spin cycle and when you come back home you'll find it like this

Time for this washer to go to Bootsowen or Photonicinduction to get destroyed and motor hotwired and or overvolted/overloaded. My Hoover Dynamic Next Washer Dryer is working it's way faulty as the motor Triac often loses it during wash and load distribution. Motor has a minor fault which it runs loud and whinny at hi Pitched during drying, it only ever runs fairly quiet during full spin.

The damper struts have gone or become detached, or you've lost the bottom counter weight. Going by how high its throwing the top weight I'd say the damper struts on the bottom have detached. It's not faulty it's telling you it's struggling to spin up, which you can see why. It probably happened during shipping or something
