Faulty PJB module/Headlights Always ON.

Hi, In this video I have diagnosed a headlight always staying ON issue and found the Passenger junction box incorporated relay stuck ON.

Dear sir, Hyundai i20 he, kappa old model Usme na P1507, and P0230 code Generate ho ja raha hai okay. But car start ho raha hai, Usme problem hai Idle RPM jo hai vo 1200 se 1500 constant rehta hai. Mene manually check kiya ISC valve ko to RPM down hota hai. Or ISC valve ki movement free hai. Sir usme 3pin wala socket hai mene usme supply check ki to muje center wali pin me 12 volt mile or dono side me 5 volt mele. Muje ye wiring samaj me nahi aari he. Mene P0230 ka check kiya to Kisi ne Fuel pump ki relay ki earth ko direct relay to body ground kar diya tha. Is liye wo fault ja hi nahi raha hai. Or na gadi bandh ho ja rahi hai kabhi kabhi. Sir mene aapki Subaru ki ISC valve wali video ko dekha to mere mind me confusion ho rahi hai ki ISC valve Idle high kar raha hai ya System use high karva raha hai. Or fault bhi aa raha hai. Kya apse sir muje koy help mil sakti hai?
