Faulty Robot mower Cleva_UK , Lawnmaster , Robert days.. 20 days owned at this point

apparently my patchy grass is what is stopping it from working however, you can clearly see the blades started running and this thing started going in circles which it was never asked to do.
this is a 20 days old machine and the fault has been there after 30minutes of use on day 1 !
they haven't tested or sent me means to provide a video and are trying to get out of replacing or refunding their broken item and this have me out of 300 pounds.
It is on you to prove this thing isn't faulty not me..you have a legal responsibility Robert dyas and cleva. and I have proven this thing IS faulty...
