I usually use somewhere around 2.4-4 sens on 1600 dpi but if I was to go for 1 sens it would be 3.2 and 0.94 ads speed, in terms of training I don’t even play any game let alone train but what you can do is custom game with bots put the health on 300 HP and play in rust. Practice flicks and tracking
