What a gorgeous card! Thank you for teaching this. You are my favorite Stamp in Up card maker as I've told you before. Also love the Maritime Provinces, was only there once but have never forgotten that trip. That was before the bridge connected to Prince Edward Island! Long time ago. Got addicted to King Cole tea. I am originally from Massachusetts, but have been living in Mi. for 38 miserable yrs. Too flat and polluted in this S.E. corner. From chilly Sioux Falls, SD. :) I make cards every day! In 2020, I was in hospital for four weeks and then in a nursing home for 4 weeks. The best time of the days was mail time! When I got home, I started making cards partly for therapy and to keep myself busy. After 40-50 cards, I started getting good at it. I haven’t stopped creating and donating cards. I love seeing the excitement in a person’s eyes when they receive a gift of cards. Love this hobby!!

I LOVE your demos. I use mostly stamping up but also other craft supplies as well. Started with Creative Memories many many years ago which led me theses days to Stamping up. I have used many of your techniques as I make birthday cards for our staff every month. We have around 300 employees at our northeast Missouri critical access hospital. COVID has been very hard on EVERYONE no matter what you do but EVERYONE loves to be remembered on their birthday. Even the gentlemen stop by the Emergency Room to thank me for their cards. I also make cards to thank our veterans and thank you notes to all who do something special for our staff. Thanks for your help

What a great technique, Tina. I had not seen this before. I have always been a knitter but when we moved to Tasmania the local Baptist Church (Devonport) ran Chat'n'Choose where they had card-making, scrapbooking, and iris folding to name a few, I got hooked on card-making and am lucky enough to have my own craft room. My son at the moment lives in Wisconsin so always brings me card-making stuff when he comes home. I now live in Lawnton, Queensland which is about 30 minutes north of Brisbane, the state capital. It gets very humid so I stay indoors and make cards or knit, All the best with your channel, Ruth down under.

Drawing, painting, embroidery, flower arrangements, and more recently, jewelry-making. It's nothing fancy--I just bought a bunch of gold-filled jump rings, wire, chain, and clasps online, then went to a huge gem convention to buy the beads. I like the minimalist jewelry trend, so dainty, 13-inch gold chains with one or three moonstones dangling.
