Back in the seventies we knew about Acapulco Gold and Thai stick but most of the time you never knew what the hell you were buying. The one thing that made a strain stand out was when you took a few tokes and before you knew it everyone was laughing hysterically about absolutely nothing and desperate to eat anything you could get your hands on. What might those strains have been and can you still find those seeds. Talk to me guys, I would love to revisit those days. Thanks for what you guys do 👍👏

That high is long gone my friend.. your brain is used to getting high now. Some very good strains can bring a little bit of that nostalgia back. It will never be like the first few month of when you started smoking though. Man I used to get so ripped off the worst weed 😂. I got a picture in my yearbook from HS, I was so blasted eating wings and the sauce is all over my face. PAUSE! 😂😂 my brothers ex put it in there without telling me. Everyone was dying, even the teachers. I miss those days man, a 20 bag, some pizza, and a couple good movies!! I was having a blast!! I had 2 movies, Half Baked and The Patriot 😂. Watched it every time I burned up! Patriot still one of my favorite movies ever! Mel Gibson was such a good actor!!

There’s an effect from the late 90’s ganja that was incredible that I haven’t heard being present in the new stuff - it felt like gravity had doubled, and when you laid down, it was like the sense of being pulled straight to the center of the earth. I wouldn’t mind feeling that again. Love listening to you guys cutting it up - great channel.

I know exactly what your talking about !I live near a city but I have a house out in the country and you can still find them more old-school heirloom cultivars that haven't had there genetics mollesed as much as these new popular crosses. Also you can get a similar effect by running your plants a little longer. Like I usually harvest as soon as I see mostly cloudy trichs and maybe an amber or 2 but when I grow a plant for my brother and his gf I let it run a week or 2 past that point because they like the heavier more relaxed highs and I prefer it to be energizing and kinda heady because I use more consistently throughout the day due to my pain levels.

Just harvested my first girl, didn't get the yield I hoped for but considering I had 3 plants in a small closet with one big light and 2 small lights I can't complain much. And it wasn't in a very big pot either. But it's been curing since the 11th, the other 2 plants aren't harvested yet they have a couple more weeks. I will say the one we already chopped looks nice, light green with a lot of orange hair but not much of a smell. The 2 we haven't chopped yet tho, they smell AMAZING and are starting to get like a reddish hue to them it looks crazy man I can't wait to see how they turn out. And I'm praying the one I've got curing starts getting more of a smell I've been burping it daily so 🙏 btw all 3 plants came from bag seed so no clue on the genetics. Will be ordering seeds in a month or two for my next grow so I know exactly what I've got. But i wouldn't say I've done bad for my first time ever. Started with 5, 2 hermied so threw them out, got 3 left chopped one 2 still growing. Got about a Oz 1/2 off my first harvest. Hoping to get at least that amount off each of my other 2 that's still growing.

❤Awesome info from all 3, I get excited listening to your experiences. Quick info granny 64 been growing for 1 year I got GF, GDP and AF in my tent. 1 of my GF has 2 main stems and I topped for the 1st time, 1 stem looks like a huge flower ball like 25 buds growing in 1 area unique looking, than the other main stem has about 30 buds looking like a huge flower ball, but this ball the buds are slightly smaller maybe because it has more buds in that area. Picture a hydrangea flower huge ball, well this plant is unbelievably awesome. I'm a gardener who grows flowers, vegetables, fruits and special flowers. This particular GF is like looking at a hydrangea plant, with 2 hydrangea balls. Sorry people I'm tripping right now and just starting my 4th week of flower. I don't know if it happened because of topping or just the seed but it does have 2 main stems. I have been growing GF for little over a year and this is the first time this has happened. I also read about FIM, so is it possible this is what's happening? Because my other GF looks normal? I'm 100% sure that I topped correctly, wished I cloned this plant. Oh well loving my experience at the moment taking mega photos tomorrow LOL. Happy growing everyone.

Some exclusive deals have already been made, First strain is to be called Adam and they even have a patent on the strain (I have seen it). How bananas is that!! Since they own the F2 parents. The plant i just harvested last week and the one im harvesting today probably has that pine sol or lemon pledge type smell and is one of 3 autos named lemon heady and is a cross between a lemon skunk and blood moon skunk. The first 2 smelled heavy of lemon and pine and the 3rd one is heavy on the skunk smell. That was slower because its seed was exposed and took a while longer to get vegging and also was in veg for a month and the other 2 went to flower 2 or 3 weeks in but i just tasted some of the first one i harvested the other week when i was trimming it up and it tastes amazing and right away i was kind of not super impressed but by the time i went to pack the second pinchie the first one creeped up and i was so high i just set the pipe down.

I would say my best strain I’ve grown is blueberry sunset from ethos. It was a freebie that they never officially released. I tried to reach out to them after I lost it but they said they didn’t keep it. Mine faded to a pretty light purple naturally and I could get half a bow in a 2x2. It had a nice sweet blueberry mango terp to it. Haven’t had anything quite like it since. I did cross it to my white runtz male before I chopped the last one. That male hasn’t shown to pass on to many dominant traits. I had other crosses I made with it that all leaned towards the moms. Wish me luck on that future hunt.

But every one of them went nuts over the Nightshade. Something about it just made it feel magical every time you’d smoke it lol. Only other strain that everyone was crazy about was Ice Cream from Paradise Seeds. Legit tastes like vanilla flavoring with skunk on the exhale. Thanks Chris for the Black Friday offers, got me some F3 chill out OG on the way! I cannot wait to try these. I’ve heard WTTGT has another contest coming up. Gonna run this for GT contest if he launches it!

Silver Pearl is my go to wake and bake. If you want it back, try Lost Pearl by Greenhouse Seeds. The structure is a little different, but the high is the same.
