Chanzo Tambuzi yes, but Tanya has to take Billy’s Power in order to suit up. He gave Tanya his powers and remained in the command center

PowerRangersPlayback 😏 I don’t know Billy is a very intricate part of the power rangers legacy but I have to say that the zeo powers were powered by a zeo crystal and if you didn’t go on a quest to get the zeo crystal then you don’t have zeo powers. I’m gonna get a membership and we can discuss this personally. Love what you’re doing ladies

I agree. The correct answer if we are talking about getting the powers from a person and not what the actual source of her powers is (the Zeo Crystal itself) , then she got her powers from Aisha. When she announced her decision not to return to Angel Grove Aisha even said, "Zordon this is Tanya, I'm sending her back with *MY* crystal". Aisha sent Tanya back with her crystal with the full intent that Tanya would be her replacement on the PR team, or else she would have just traveled back with it herself, gave it to Billy and then had them teleport her back to Africa to help the animals. I think in all of the chaos and urgency at hand, it just never fully dawned on anyone about the reality of Billy not having a crystal when everything was said and done, until the Zeo powers were about to be distributed. Tanya being new, felt awkward and bad for Billy being left out and since he had way more experience out of her own kindness and feeling less deserving she was willing to just step back and let him have the crystal. Billy may have helped alleviate any guilt over taking it and gave her his official blessing to keep it, but he did not actually give her "his crystal". Technically that crystal was given to Tanya by Aisha, and she never had any real obligation to leave the decision over who got the yellow powers as a choice that was up to Billy. Would have been a total trash move on Billy's part if he actually decided to lay claim to it, and they'd all had Tanya completely uproot her entire life for no reason.
